Conditions of Business

We try to keep our prices down without compromising quality

The client will pay Coleman Taylor Graphic Design a fixed fee or current price list charge of £35.00+vat (UK Businesses) £35.00 per hour (non-UK Businesses), excluding materials, whichever is agreed at the time of instruction.

Payment

Invoices from Coleman Taylor Graphic Design to the client for the supply of goods or services should be paid in full on receipt of invoice by Cheque or BACS.

Coleman Taylor Graphic Design will invoice the client in interim stages, with the final invoice payment on completion of your project

Coleman Taylor Graphic Design may require a deposit.

Ordering

Orders for work must be given in writing to Coleman Taylor Graphic Design. Not withstanding the above if Coleman Taylor Graphic Design accepts a verbal order from the client Coleman Taylor Graphic Design will not be held responsible for any errors either of ommission or commission arising from that verbal order

Coleman Taylor Graphic Design reserves the right to refuse to accept any order.

Quotations

All quotations given by Coleman Taylor Graphic Design will be valid for 28-days. If the client's final order changes from the original specification made for the quotation Coleman Taylor Graphic Design reserves the right to vary the quotation.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times and or normal target times from the client - Coleman Taylor Graphic Design accepts no liability for failure to meet these times but will endeavour to do so.
